CIVIL COURT RECORDS
The Civil Records Department handles the filing of all Civil Law Suits such as Divorces, Damages, Garnishments, Executory Process, etc. This department also handles the filing of Adoptions (which are not public record). We require an advance deposit on all new suits of $300 which includes only one defendant. Each additional defendant is $75.00. (see civil fees below)

RECORDING OF PLEADINGS IN CONVEYANCE & MORTGAGE RECORDS First page .. $ 25.00 Each additional page/non compliance fee add $10.00

JURY BONDS
Order must be filed in record requesting Trial by Jury Cash bond is due 60 days prior to trial date There are 100 people per panel Attorney must verify how many panels needed The amount of the bond is set by order of the Court. All Jury subpoenas are issued by mail, if service is needed cost are substantially more. |
